Pool Construction Process:
Layout & Design
We employ a collaborative, client-centered approach to designing your new pool. Once we draft a layout, string and paint are used to outline the perimeter of the pool to match the design concept.
Excavation
Our team will excavate a space deeper than your pool to allow for the pool shell to be constructed.
Forming of Pool
Wooden forms will be installed to create the perimeter of the pool, which will serve as the form for pouring concrete. A sub-base is then applied to ensure the pool will be level.
Plumbing
Pool plumbing is installed, as well as waterfalls and any other water structures.
Steel
A steel-reinforcing grid is then installed to give the pool strength. This will also reinforce the concrete/gunite that will form the pool floor.
Concrete Floor
Concrete is pumped in to create the pool floor.
Tile & Coping
Tile is hand-laid and coping is installed. While the work surrounding the pool is being performed, the pool filtration system will be installed.
Finished Product
Your new custom pool is complete!
